Mad Regen is inviting you to the first ever gathering around regeneration and community development in Comunidad de Madrid.
We want to combine an informal and cozy week-end retreat, we will gather in a beautiful and tranquil nature space while also going deep into regeneration and local development themes.
Sierra Norte de Madrid
Sierra Norte de Madrid, one of the most beautiful places, flashy and enriching of the Community of Madrid. The tourism in the Northern Sierra of Madrid has waterfalls, summits, lagoons, Tales, forests and much more, and, it is a natural region that has more than one of the 60% rural tourism houses across Madrid.
The activities in the Sierra Norte de Madrid are full of entertainment, because we have at our disposal an invaluable historical heritage in their villages and a diversity of hiking trails, as well as multiple outdoor activities.
Los alojamientos rurales "La Erilla" se encuentran situados en plena sierra Norte de Madrid, lindando con la provincia de Segovia. Son cuatro apartamentos de diferentes características, tienen dos zonas en común, un salón con horno de leña y cocina, y un spa en una única edificación nueva, minuciosamente decorada, que conserva la arquitectura tradicional, en la cual se aprovechó al máximo los materiales del antiguo edificio, como la piedra o las maderas del roble. Además se han recuperado numerosos objetos de labranza, aperos y objetos antiguos utilizados por nuestros antepasados para realizar las principales actividades del campo, como arar o trillar. Así pues, estar aquí es como dar un paso atrás en el tiempo.
Originalmente se trataba de una casa señorial presidida por una enorme piedra de granito tallada que se encuentra actualmente en la fachada principal. Posteriormente paso a ser una casona para guardar el grano, el heno y el ganado.

Upon acceptance, you will be asked to book your place for the gathering. Accommodation will be budgeted depending on the total number of participants and our final budget. We expect that to be less than 100€ per person (food included)
